3 UCF students looking for a new roommate starting January 1st. The house is located on Percival Road behind UCF and is positioned on aprox. 2 acres on Lake Price. The lake is beautiful and we have a dock, boat and lake access. Preferably we are looking for a student, but we are open minded.
