Forum link redrects to profile

Hi,

When logged in, I click the forum link at the top and it redirects me to my profile page. I have to click the forum link several times to get to the actual forums. I cleared cache etc, logged out and back in and had the same problem. Strange thing is, this wasn't happening yesterday.

This is has been sporadically happening to me as well.

Here were my actions. Home page > Non Wakeboarding Forums >Logged In> Then sent me to my Profile page.

Another instance was I went to > Non Wakeboarding Forums and it redirected me to my profile page. ( I was already logged in).

Im on MAC OSX, Leopard using FireFox 3.5.8. I have cleared my cache, cookies and all privacy settings.

im having the same problem just spent 20 minutes trying to get on. never could finally went to a different computer. 50-75% of the time it redirects me to the edit profile when i click forums.
today it was 100% i never could get on.

ive tried just clicking forums, ive tried forums>wakeboarding (and several others) always redirects to edit profile.

i even tried typing in manually http://www.wakeworld.com/forum/ same thing

you can see in the bar at the bottom of IE. it starts to take you to forums (screen is black) then after 2-3 seconds it redirects you to edit profile and you can see the address change. and then the profile page pops up.

VERY frustrating.:(

Matt, thanks for taking the time to detail what you did like that. I was finally able to duplicate it and that will make it much easier to fix. Until then, I recommend you first login on the home page and then go to the forums. I think it has something to do with logging in at the forums. Let me know if that helps.
