I am sking on an older Conly concept, double boot, pretty narrow ski. It feal's good about 32mph how fast do you all ski.

A guy I ride with rides a Concept. He runs anywhere from 31-34. When I free ski I usually run about 32-34. When I run the course I go as slow as 28 (I suck at course skiing).

i don't run courses (can't imagine how bad i'd bad, but whenever i "free ski" i ususally am right at 30 or 31, but my driver.. (dad), doesn't really let me go any faster, i use a really short ski for my height and weight, and i think i'd be best at 32 or 33, i use a 63" ski and i've been doing it for about 5 or so years

I just got a Connelly FX a couple of years ago, but have been slaloming for about 12 years. I like the speed right at 35 mph in open water. I havent skied many courses, but that seems to fast for a course from what i have read.

Wow, I wouldn't go any faster than 30 on a 63". I don't know how tall you are, but assuming you are an average male 5'8"-6' or so, and about 160-180, that thing is tiny. I'm 6', 175 and ski on a 68". I only freeski at 36 though and do almost all of my course skiing at 36.

yeah, i'm really looking at a new ski soon, i'm actually 5'9" about 145

36 mph, free ski at 22' off on a 67" Connelly F1X, no courses in my area but I sure do pull hard.
