Ok Guys I have a delima on my hands here. Currently I am running the boss B-530's and b-50's on my tower. I am using a phoenix gold 4 channel amp to run the tower speakers (probally need to upgrade that). I have been looking into the Liquid trend tower boxes and have found a sweet deal on the 4 6x9 box. My question is am I crazy for even thinking about getting rid of my current setup.
Thanks in advance.

Can you hear the Boss speakers behind the boat? If you put the right 6x9's in the box, you'll hear them.

Liquid Trends makes great boxes. They are also a cool group over there. They will support you with everything you need for the switch. Ask for Joe.

Psyclone,
Yes I can hear the speakers but I would like to get more volume out of them. If I go with the liquid trends what 6x9 speakers do your recommend.

Liquid Trends all the way. They do clean, professional work. Great bunch over there.

They did my '05 V215 and it's nothing short of great. I went with the 6x 6x9 custom box (black with yellow flames). Matches my boat 100%... looks like it came from Sanger with the box.

Sounds absolutely great too. Ripples off the boat, and clean sound behind the boat.

I'm 110% satisfied.

wakestyle, what size amp do you use to push the 6x9's? How do they have them wired?

Everyone says that the 5 way Pioneer 6x9's are good sounding, they are pretty inexpensive too. I went with Polk Momos so they match the others in the boat. They sound great. Good tweeters.
