I think doing the back flips off the diving board must have helped! He went out this weekend and did it on his 4th attempt!(Then landed it in the INT competition the next day!) Here is the video of the learning process...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VjNn9cl4VN4

wow, those look a lot better than most first-tantrums. Nice!
Great job, Donna! Congrats.

SICK... Nice job. here is some thing to think about. The Toe Side back roll is the same a Tantrum is you have a good toe side cut give it a shoot you will be surprized how fast you get that one to... Keep it up
Holy pop much? Those are boosted, thats awesome.
Nice, I wish I could pop my tantrums like that! Good job!

Thanks guys! He does get a lot of pop and has them down solid now. So now on to the toeside backroll....we went out yesterday and attempted a few but didn't get close. It looked a lot easier on the video! I wish I would have video taped the instructional from learnwake and had it on the boat with me! I forgot most of what it said by the time we got out there! Wish I could afford to get him more lessons! But we are trying to save some money for our trip to Florida for world's. He is wanting to have 5 inverts and at LEAST 1 360 before worlds. He has ts frontroll, hs backroll, and now the tantrum. I think he should get his scarecrow and ts backroll by the end of August. Sounds reasonable to me!lol
