one of the boats is obviously an MB, feel for the owners. THat's about an hour and a half from my lake.

That sucks! I hope they all had a good insurance policy. Then again, whose insurance would primarily over see this? The storage company?

I think most storage facilities make you provide insurance for when your boat is stored there. This sucks for sure. Hopefully they have time to get their boats replaced before summer.

Not an MB. That is the rear of the boat. It's an inboard/outboard you can see the out drive hanging off the back. Just looks like the nose of an MB because of the horrible damage. I really hope they catch the bastard that did it!

So if it's determined to be arson, will each boat owners insurance refuse to pay?

What the HELL is wrong with people? Sometimes disappointing to live in the world we live in. DEFINITELY hope they catch the jack ass...

Insurance should pay for this. If your car is vandalized insurance pays so if your boat goes up in flames it should pay too. What may happen is the insurance carriers go back to the storage facility and find out if it was locked or if they were at fault in any way for what might have been able to be prevented. Hope they had good policies! That's the key!
