Going to change my throttle cable friday or saturday. Any handy tips to make my life easier? It's an 86 ski nautique. Thanks Jeff

don't ask your wife/girlfriend to hold anything, or even be in the vicinity, no children around to hear you cussing, and have plenty of beer. things should go pretty smooth if you heed this advice.

laterdayne

Say it with me now... Penetraiting Oil.

Attach new cable to old cable, and pull it through from the engine to the driver seat. You will have to clip some zip ties, that hold a bunch of wires.

Attach the cable on the engine end, and then at the control. IF you are just changing throttle it is pretty easy. Removing the front seat, never hurt.
Jeff forget the cable get that new SAN your wife said you could get it at the Spring Ride. I thought you would have it by now.
