anyone surf a tristar before
 

i just recently upgraded from a 79 mc stars and stripes to a 89 tristar. The wakeboard wake is much larger and nicer than the 79. Im hoping that the surf wake will also be better though. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these.

Im just concerned about the rubrail on this boat. The swim platform is built into the transom of the boat euro style. i noticed on the wakeboard wake that if the boat isnt weighted properly there is a little ridge on the wake. its still clean and pops well but will this cause problems on a surf wake?
