I know there has been post about how to do raileys, I've read them. I tried a railey at the cable lake for the first time last sunday. I don't know how to kick out of the water. Do I jump with both feet or is it like a backroll when you kick with one foot.
you can see my attempt on my myspace page it's
about 1/2 way through the vid where I did a front flip. don't make fun of my editing first time and my gf can't hold the cam steady...
http://profile.myspace.com/36718499

the trick is to square up to where the line is coming from load the line as hard as you can and take off both feet at the same time and the rope will throw your body in the right position
good luck

Benjamin,
You may want to practice on a trampoline first, before you kill yourself on the water. Keep your elbows bent at all times and never let them out completely. People tend to let their arms out and then forget what they are doing. If your arms are in close, it is easier to pull your feet back underneith you. It is definately painful to learn, but it is cool when you are 10 feet off the water looking down. Just remember, edge hard and keep those elbows bent. Once you have it down, you can lengthen your arms out all the way and huge. If there is anything else, please let me know.
Ryan
Launch Wakeboarding School
