price on mobius xlv?
 

Just wondering if the price is right on this xlv i'm looking at

I think that price is pretty solid. The description sounds like a brochure description so hard to tell what options it actually has.

Offer $35k.

I'm not shopping for a new or used boat right now, so I'm not sure what "market" is for a used XLV. But that seems a bit high to me. I guess it depends on the condition and options really. Back in '08 we were looking at new Moombas and Supras (wound up with a Supra) we were quoted mid $46k for a fairly decked out xlv (everything but tower speakers).

Something else to keep in mind - the XLV underwent some hull changes from 07 to 08. Not sure what those were or if it matters.

If you're really interested in Moomba - I think there are many to be had for that price point depending on your location. Go check out onlyinboards.com - there are a bunch listed. Also - check out the Moomba discussion forums (http://www.moomba.com/msgboard/forum.php) if you have questions specific to Moomba. Lots of knowledgeable folks over there.
