What's The Fastest You've WakeSurfed?

Not sure if this has ever been discussed...
But this past summer I tried doing some "endurance WakeSurfing" In which i would attempt to surf at my regular speed (11.2 mph) and slowly bump it up to speeds i can consistently ride at for at least for 15 seconds (which is usually when i get pretty exhausted).
The fastest speed I've been able to ride for 15 seconds is 14.9 mph on my inland surfer 4 skim moss.

So my question is, What's the fastest you've WakeSurfed?
Plz list the board you used too (i know that makes a big difference. As well as boat, ballast, etc..)

12.5 MPH PHASE 5 carbon x hybrid for at least 5 minutes.

17.5mph behind a supreme v226 on a phase 5 skim

You should also ask for rider weight. My 100lb son can ride behind our boat @ 14 on his phase 5 scamp with factory ballast all day long. I can't go much more than 12.5 on my victoria factor.

With #2200 lbs in an 08 Xstar.. we ride @ 11.2 for full length of the lake without a drop.. 30-45 minute straight... With a tossed beer break midway thru..:)

I think 13 or 14 mph was the limit.....2002 Tige 20V lots of ballast and a Shred Stixx Custom Elevation. Will give it another go next time out!

Yeah.. The inaccuracy of boat speedometers and even GPS could pretty easily make this thread pointless...

Such a pointless thread DC. What were you thinking... ;)

Ironically I just got 3 points due to this thread. Making my last comment invalid. :)

True, that is a possibility. But I've felt like I'm not the only one that has tried to WakeSurf much faster than usual speeds..
