Yeah she has been riding for about 2 years off and on and she would ride my board or my buddies and we just couldn't find bindings that fit her right. I still have the Med. Pro Sucs i bought her last year (anyone need a pair...never used, very cheap) She has really been progressing and trying to jump so i knew it was time for her own setup. The funny thing is i think she has a better setup then i do now. <BR> <BR>Thane, I ride the backwater only for the last year (spoiled). I really wanted to do the contests this year but tearing my ACL before the first one really put a damper on things. Ditto on the HOT set-up. I offered to get my GF new bindings, but have not been able to find the Minx in small. 04's are gone, and can't find 05's anywhere. So, just bought her a new HL TFD DNA grom G&amp;P (sweet deal), and now still have to get her the bindings! Yea, she's worth it!

Randy - thats freaking cool dude! It's nice to see dudes who spoil their chicks with new toys (you know things they will actually use!) Tonight my B/F brought me home much needed handlebars, grips and levers (after last weekend <img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/clipart/blush.gif" border=0>) - He is the greatest! Those beat flowers anyday - hands down. After you guys ride this weekend will you post if she digs the minx. I am needing some new bindings and those are my first consideration. I'm going to speak from first-hand experience, Randy's chick is awesome... Wait did that come out right? <BR> <BR>I went riding last year with Randy and his girl, and when she showed up at the dock, she was armed with a cooler full of sandwiches for everyone on the boat. A girl that loves wakeboarding and brings sandwiches, that's a keeper.

Thanks for the kind words Sean, it was great seeing you, your sister, AJ and John last week what a great time we will definitely have to do that again <BR> <BR>Now we went riding yesterday and this was my chicks second ride out on her board and she wanted to try jumping the wake, well she had a few successful jumps into the center and on her last pass went about 10' out and pulled in hard not letting off her edge at all and i don't think she excpected to get as high as she did and when she landed bounced and then face planted really hard. She got a minor concussion and was really scared at first since she had never hurt herself that bad before unlike myself. So after awhile of calming her down everything is okay but for awhile she was like "i am never doing this again" that didn't last long when i told her "hey honey i'm sure we can get a pretty penny on ebay for your setup". ha instead now i'm searching around for a pink helmet for her. She is one tuff chick i'll tell you what.
