Skim style board question...need input

My girl and I both have Shred Stixx surf style boards but she is wanting to try 360's and possibly other tricks. She's worried about getting a skim style board that pearls too easy. Is there a board or boards that are skim style that do not pearl as easy as others? By the way, she weighs 125lbs. Thanks for any advice.

My wife is about that size. She's been riding a Phase 5 small diamond for a few weeks and is loving it. It's her first time on a skim board and there's a learning curve.
I can ride it at 165 lbs, but it sure is squirrely.

My wife weighs prolly 135 and rides the heck out of a P5 Prop. She's not pulling any spins yet but rides for what seems like days on it....never pearls.

She should look at the 51" Phase 5 Diamond. It is very stable for a skim and is really fast. And she will never out progress it. The 51" Pro Carbon would also be a really good board, but the Diamond has been really popular this year.
