ive been ridin my skate w/ no fins and everytime i lipslide then shuv off ill land on it and ride for about 2 seconds and then it will slide out..should i put the fins back on?

i would say no...i mean if your sliding out on one of your edges the fins will help, but if your like landing too far back on your board and its sliding out in front of you there are not going to help anymore...and even if you are sliding out on your edges i would still keep them off and just keep doing it until you stick it, if your landing on the board you will get it soon and riding without fins teaches you how to edge properly and will make you better in the long run so i would say stick with it

ok.i meant that it was sliding on the edges.

I agree with Dillon, learning to ride without fins will be better in the long run.

Ok....I just bought a skate and they didn't put the fins in there - next week they'll get here. Is it harder to learn w/out the fins? Its an 04 Lucky.

as far as learning goes it doesn't make too much of a difference. it makes no difference in getting up and once your standing its on a little swirlier (lame term, i know)
