I have no idea if any NFL players ride, but here are 2 examples that some may remember of pro athletes and water sports. About 10 years ago, there was an article on Drew Bledsoe in Sports Illustrated and there was a full page shot of him slalom skiing, and he mentioned it as one of his main off-season activities. A situation I loved was when Robert Horry (NBA) went M.I.A. during the NBA playoffs-probably 6-8 years ago, and the only details the press gave that he was off on a water-skiing vacation. Now that guy had his priorities straight. Happy Super Bowl! I'm going to skip the game and hit the mountain instead.

I know the backup QB Mike McMahon for the Eagles wakeboards in the offseason, it was actually mentioned in a game broadcast..He resides in FL. I thought that was pretty cool, they showed a pic of him jumping the wake..

if we didnt just get 4 in. of rain yesterday in the poconos, i'd probably do the same...northeast weather has sucked this year, it's very disheartening...

FYI... It wasn't Robert Horry that went MIA, it was Cedric Ceballos.

my buddy Travis Scott plays offensive line for the New York Giants. He has been wakeboarding since high school. 6'6" and 300lbs and can do raleys, backroll and a tantrum and sometimes he can hit his 3.

There are a few pro guys that ride... scrub quarterback Rob Johnson is one I know of.

Junior Seau has been mentioned on here before I think.
