We are adding a BLUE Skylon Tuna Tower to our boat very soon.

I am also having a new bimini made. I'm struggling with color choices. Our current bimini is blue (with grey and white accent). With the blue tower, I think this color scheme would be too much blue.

I'm thinking of a grey bimini (with maybe a blue/white accent).

Feel free to throw out any other color combo ideas. Thanks!

black would look good - ties in the windshield frame & rubrail.

I have a black tower with a black bimini and I think it looks good. In your case I would think the blue would look good also. I would not go with grey. Maybe it is just me but when I see grey it is just kinda bla. My .02

I would keep the one you already have. I was able to modify my bimini to work with a monster tower. One afternoon's work saved me $500+ for a new bimini. I narrowed it by 8 inches, cutting and splicing the bows & tarp in the center, mounted it to the tower, added new rear support arms, and it worked great.

true, it shouldn't be too hard to modify that one. take it to a canvas shop if you don't feel confident about doing it yourself.

i second what trace and mikeski say, i modified mine as well (just like Mikeski)

Your current color combination looks pretty good. I would probably stay with blue with some grey and/or white stripes. I wouldn't go all black on your boat and all grey looks cheap. If you want the bimini to look best on the new tower, make sure they use the 6 tower mounted brackets ... but you're going to spend about $600 for a new one.

Damn, I wish we were there right now....
