nshon 07-16-2004 7:50 AM

Seems like he might have slipped out at the end...cynical me.

bbeach 07-16-2004 8:06 AM

There's no proof that he landed that, the video cuts out before he rides away from it!

Sketchy!

Just kidding, sweet move!

rson 07-16-2004 9:04 AM

All you haters just wish you could throw a 9

Wakepics has been down, I'll post the whole run.

(Message edited by rson on July 16, 2004)

cramey 07-16-2004 11:49 AM

there is a problem with DNS, it should be fixed soon. My advice, never use register.com

I saw the 9, and its sick.

rson 07-16-2004 12:19 PM

http://home.comcast.net/~rich.reierson/skippy.mpg

The full video

lzyboy 07-16-2004 2:43 PM

HEAVY..... Thats savage riding, hes attacking / charging that wake n killing it!!!

byerly137pro 07-16-2004 8:22 PM

Thats insane, if he could connect every move he would be pro for sure (unless he already is). I hope I can become as god as him.

w4k3b04rd3r19 07-16-2004 8:52 PM

still not a 1080

rson 07-16-2004 9:27 PM

He went to Flordia with some guys from here and competed in the Junior Mens division. He got 3rd in his heat

That video was taken after all day of riding/lessons. He was hitting 9's consistantly all day.

w4k3b04rd3r19 07-16-2004 9:59 PM

so its still not a 10 and doesn't show him riding away

rson 07-16-2004 10:06 PM

Are you watching the video?? he throws his fist up to cheer after riding away.

Who can throw a 10?

gw_mark 07-16-2004 10:41 PM

I saw it, he landed it, he was stoked!!! I would be too.
How old is ol skippy?

rson 07-16-2004 10:47 PM

Skippy is damn good, he is progressing exponentialy. They are out 4-5 days a week in the LSV....almost 600 hours on their few month old boat.
gw_mark 07-16-2004 10:53 PM

Very good, no question about that, especially the time committed to riding, bound to get good with that kind of dedication.
So Rich, gonna answer the age question? Got a theory about age and fearlessness.

rson 07-16-2004 10:56 PM

I am uhueemmmm, 29

Skippy????? 24-25?
Sasser about the same, maybe 26
gw_mark 07-16-2004 11:05 PM

Wow I was thinking 18 or 19, that is way cool, I hope he can keep up the pace and in no time maybe he can make the pro tour, mad props.
Thanks Rich.

bill 07-17-2004 7:25 AM

wakehype 07-17-2004 12:48 PM
