Dragging my boat to Richmond this weekend but heard that they have been closing the river to boat traffic due to high water.True or false.Thanks,FU.

Yes, its true. I usually put in at Watkins Landing, which has been flooded for over 2 months. If you wanna go ride, put in at the Chickahominy.
