Santa Rosa man with 19 DUIs
 

Wow a record breaking 19 DUI convictions. keep in mind that's 19 times he was caught and convicted. How many times do you think he drove and got away with it.This guy does not get it when the courts say No Drinking and driving.
I can't believe they only threw him in jail for 6 months.

That mf'er should be under the jail, actually it should have happened about 15 DUI's ago. In TN, I think on your 3rd (maybe fourth) it is automatically 11/29 (11 months and 29 days) and it is a felony. Isn't there some kind of medicine they prescribed where if you take it and then drink alcohol, you become violently nauseous? That guy should have a constant IV of it.
