What is the best line to use for wakesurfing?

I like the lines thats are braided and knotted just wanted to make sure they were thick enough to give you a sturdy grip and not hurt your hand. What is everyones experience with these?
Thanks

Wakesurf handles are short and stubby with a thick tow line.. Never use the thin wakeboard rope.. A buddy of mine lost a thumb from getting tangled when he fell.. Bad ****...

Plus you'll only need the handle to get up. then throw it in to start surfing..

I find a 3" x 25' truck tow strap is better than any commercial surf tow rope.
Find one with a soft feel. Slight down side is they do take longer to dry out but cost and grip win out IMO.
