Trip suggestions - Redding, CA area
 

My wife and I are flying into Sac on a Thurs morning and driving up to Anderson, CA for a wedding on Saturday. We plan on stopping in Chico Thursday and staying the night with some friends. We will head up to the Anderson area Friday morning. Any suggestions on places we should check out? Is there a nice drive that will allow us some scenery to Lake Shasta?
