Hi everybody! <BR>Next week I am going to wakeboard for the first time! Any helpful tips and tricks for a snowboarder??? The best advice for getting up I can give is keep your heels close to your butt, and your knees in close to your chest. Keep your head up and don't fight the boat, you'll never win. Let the boat pull you up. Once you are out of the water pull the rope towards the hip you will have forward, this will turn your board. This is the key...stay in a tight ball and don't try to extend your legs or pull on the rope until you are out of the water.
