Sold Boat 3rd in 3 years

Haven't been around much lately. Kids are crazy busy and we only put 33 hours on our boat this year. NUTZ!! Anyway just letting everyone know I sold her again. That is 3 boats in 3 years. Not sure if I am lucky or stupid, but whatever.....;)

Few months here now of no payments then back to buying something. Had two Epics, and last boat was 21' Widebody. Loved my last boat so MB is by far the front runner. Budget less than $55k

We surf 95% of the time. Didn't even strap into a board this year at all. And as you can tell 33 hours, we didn't get much time on the water since the water levels here were sooo low. Anyway, just thought I would share. She is gone, the hunt begins again!

Congrats on indecisiveness? Not sure what to say here...

Mayb nice house.... :)

I think that was a sharp looking boat. If you liked your MB and had Epics before (23 footer) then I think I see a F24 in your future.... of course you will need to increase your budget a bit.

did you sell it to a doctor in Louisiana? if so, I've seen several pictures of this boat. very nice! sucks you barely went out on it though! I've never seen one though in clarksville tn. this or any newer tigé.

I'm with the others, not sure what to say on here. I'm curious how bad of a bath you took on the 3 of them. I figure just about any of these 50K plus boats is going to take a 10K loss the first year. Even if your putting money down and your not upside down on it(you said payment) your still losing the 10K. Unless your buying at true cost or some other trick. So please share!! LOL

I recommend doing your research, test ride, test again, buy right the first time, and never buy new unless you're loaded.

from what I know, he sold the MB B52 for what he paid for it or super close, only thing lost was sales TX and Ins. It tells me that they are holding value because 13's are taking a big jump up with new improvements.

Must be in your area. We have been out looking and I am being quoted better prices right now on new 2013's then on 2012's. Plus better interest rates. I was thinking the prices have leveled off on existing models. Obviously all the new stuff that is the buzz on here is priced in the clouds. The 6 figure clouds.

I have only put 36 hours on my MB this year (so far), but I took a late June delivery.

just curious...what are rates on new boats? used boats? now....

I purchased a 100k ish car ( used) , and was shocked at how low rates were.....1.9% up to 60, 2.75% up to 72 months....

wakecumberland 09-27-2012 12:17 PM

Rates run about 4.5-5.5%
