What a bunch of crap. I am still really confused as to what grounds she was arrested on. I can't imagine that the people of Rochester would not protest the police chief and mayor to get this resolved quickly. I am glad I live in a conservative southern state. I don't much see this happening in Texas. I could be wrong, but I hope not.

I hope she files suit. There's a new buzz in Law enforcement that all an officer has to do is "articulate to the judge" why he felt threatened. It's a catch-all that allows irrational ideas that lead to abuse under the color of authority by trampling on the rights of citizens.
Make them pay.. every time!
