Here is a view from Google Earth... 21780 Gravel Ln, Caldwell, ID 83607. we are having trouble finding who owns it. I have talked to Kyle from the Wake Park Project and looks like its a home built cable. Not a sesitec.

Boise Cable Pics-- Pretty Impresive for being totally home made. Still dont know who built it, but we used our own 1.0 and it was still pretty fun.
