Hey I'll be in Tampa in May/June time frame. I was pretty excited about year round boarding, compare to the Mid west seasons. I stopped down to check out the area and a couple dealerships. They told me that the only public lake was North of Saint Pete’s. Where is the love from the Sunshine state? If any one knows of couple lakes I could trailer to, it would be much appreciated. Thanks Jarod

There are only a few lakes in "Tampa," and they are private, but just go into the outskirts of the city and get into Tarpon Springs, Land o' Lakes, and Lutz, and you will find some public water.
Lake Thonotosassa and Lake Tarpon are couple of the larger ones...
