i have a bimini top, but the only place to store it is with the boot on, and it laying across the bow. i would like to store it completly out of the way,like in my trunk or up under the bow but the legs are too long. i thought about cutting the legs and put some of those little pop fittings ,like how you put it together from the factory, i have an extended pylon so storing it in the boot,upright is not a real good option, any ideas???
