I cant access PM's
 

No matter what I do or how many times I log on, I can't access my PM's. Any suggestions?

Yes, go to the front page and click the 'Log Out' button. Restart your computer and log in again. Let me know how it works!

It worked. Thanks Dave. BTW, I sold a boat cover to guy guy who knows you from your river place. Can not remember his name for the life of me, but he has a Tige ski boat and lives in Tempe AZ. Really nice guy. Hoping to go down there next spring or summer.

Same problem here. Tried everything but even logout/restart/login didn't do it for me. Using vista+firefox, also tried with IE.

Make sure you log out using the logout button on the front page. Then reboot your computer and log in on the front page again and see if that works.

Afraid not. Just tried that again, but still can't open the new message. I can read the old messages, and I do see the notice that there's a new message, but it just doesn't show up with the other messages.

Can you show me a screen shot of the "notice" that there's a new message?

This is odd. I did receive and was able to open your test message. Here's 2 screenshots:
In the first one the pop up says there's 2 new messages, but you can only see yours.
In the 2nd one it says there's one, but you can't see any. This is what I've been seeing for the last couple days.

I can't explain why it's happening, but that is a false message. I will look into it and see if I can figure it out.

I know someone did send me a PM, as they mentioned it in a thread here (http://www.wakeworld.com/forum/showthread.php?t=791323) plus I got a notification in the mail. Weird huh?!
