aquascooter

Has anyone owned one of these. I just purchased one off craigslist for $80, spent another $160 on broken parts. I've ridden one years ago, I figured it would be a lot of fun for the kids when we get done wake boarding and are just hanging out in the cove. Any tips, pros/cons?

We had one on my parents boat back in the day... It was a lot of fun but it would always foul plugs and stuff would break on it. $80 is pretty cheap, have fun!!

Any reason why you got that one? You could have gotten a Sea-Doo Aqua Ranger for $219 brand new with warranty. Just curious. Overton's carries all the Sea-Doo line of these ranging from $219-399. Does look like it would be something cool to have though! Have fun!

The seadoo ones are electric too. Much nicer.

they say this one will run for 2 to 3 hours on a tank of gas. I'm sure we will sell it and get a couple of electric ones (not to keen on having gas on the boat). I will probably strap it to the swim deck somehow.
