I ride at about 60 feet 17/18 mph but at 22 mph there is no wake behind my boat it gets really flat is that because of my speedo? then I rode behind a maristar and they said I was going 22 or 23 mph anyone else hav this prob?

Get a GPS to check your speedo. <BR>Is your driver trimming up the outdrive? <BR>Is the boat weighted?

no it wasn't before but now we saw such a difference if we trim it up it adds so much almost like a fat sac. <BR>and then I throw 2 gas cans 50 lbs each in the bak and a person and the wake is so nice

Your speedo is not reading accurately. Which I think would be the case for most boats. As far as i'm concerned, as long as my driver can hold a speed constant and hold a speed that I am comfortable at, I don't care what the speedo says.

ride longer out and the wake is crisp
