Epic 2009 Wake plate gauge question
 

Im having some issue with a used 2009 Epic 23v I bought. I cant seem to get the wakesurf trim tab gauge to work. I have replaced the gauge and both are doing the exact same thing (aka not working).

The light, ground, and power wire are all factory but the trim wire is green and seems to come from the back of the boat like it was ran by itself. I have not taken the boat apart to see where the wire goes, but I found the trim motor and do not see a green 2 wire wire with shielding anywhere back there. I did find what looks like a trailer connector with only 2 of the 4 leads heading forward from the motor, but I cant find those 2 anywhere under the dash?

Can someone take a pix of what the gauge looks like from behind so I can try and figure this out?

Assuming you have the Bennett hydraulic tabs - did you check here first?

They are really helpful if you have a problem - they even replaced my hydraulic unit in my first Epic after warranty was long gone
