Looking for new assistant estimator/project manager
 

I am looking for an assistant for myself. My office in near Modesto, CA and we do commercial HVAC.
I have been in business for 18 years and have been expanding the last 5 years straight. This year we are already way up and that means I am working a gillion hours. The person would work directly with me every day. I would teach them estimating, project management, material acquisition, scheduling, etc.. I am open to someone fresh out of school all the way to a fully experience person. I tend to hire people outside of my industry so that I can train them our way and not have to fix a bunch of bad habits. It is full time and a long term position with endless possibilities. Wage and package will be determined by qualification.
