For those who put extra weight in their boat, do you tow with it in there? I have about 700lbs extra weight.. not the ballist or phat sacks.. I've never tower my boat with it in there except may up to 2 miles in total distance. Does anyone tow with the extra weight...
I never cuz i thought it would be bad for the trailer.. anyways i want to know what everyone else does/says...

If you have a double axle trailer, you should have no problem. I've towed my boat to Powell and back with 1,200 pounds of lead in it. No problems.

Just keep the weight over the wheels and out of the front. It should be cool...besides a little extra gas money.

700 lbs… don’t worry too much about it for short trips. Try to keep the weight evenly distributed for the best towing…. depending on how much you put in the bow, you may have to back the boat in deeper when launching.

I have towed local with 300-500 lbs of lead… no issues.
