Doubtful. I need a Fat Sack Lounge to get my GTO-22 to surf. You can surf while holding the rope handle, but that only is fun for so long.
My girlfriend has surfed for over 8 minutes behind my Tige with no weight in the boat and no passangers. Off course we have the TAPS all the way down and have to drive more of an arc, but she does it all the time. I weigh a little over 200lbs and under the same circumstances I can only go for 20 or 30 seconds without the rope.

She likes to use the Landlock when we are shy on weight.
