My new Bu! I finally did it!!
 

Haven't been on these forums for sometime but I'm sure you will get sick of me now!! After wanting my own boat and shopping new and used ones for about 5 years I finally took the plunge!

2007 Malibu wakesetter 23 lsv, anniversary edition, power wedge, 400hp hammerhead, 310 hours

Spring won't be able to come fast enough for me!

Got the boat checked out at a local Malibu dealer and checked out great!

First order of business is lossing the hull graphic and putting on this one.

I have an extra pair of hull graphics that are the same as the ones on the boat now, anyone interested in buying them to update your maybe older bu?

Sick boat. Congrats. I love that light blue Malibu has. The graphic swap would be my first move as well. The silver edition graphic is the best they have had to date. Sounds like it is setup sick as well with the power wedge and hammerhead.

Very nice. Congrats. Those graphics are not cheap. Keep that in mind.... I know that Bakes up in Seattle/Issaquah area had some for sale. That was a while back, so I am sure they are gone, but I would check with some dealers that might have some in stock....

Yah Bakes Online is a Malibu parts heaven! Plan to load up on a few goodies over the winter.

I hear you on the price of the hull stickers, it ain't cheap about $360 a side!!! but the ones I have brand new in the box are selling for $250 each a side, so hopefully I can sell those to offset the cost of the new graphics.

other than that, no real changes i don't think, probably will grab one of those heater tubes so I can make the current heater outlet extendable.

Id also like to find a mirror that hangs off the tower instead of the one that currently sits on the middle window, i hate that you have to have it closed for the mirror to be useable.

the previous owner plumbed in a 1100# bag in the rear locker of the port side connected to the hard tank (that was his surfing side, and sadly im goofy) so id like to maybe get the same bag and install one on the starboard locker as well.

the tunes in the boat are already great so no need to update any of the audio i don't think.

would like a nice malibu aqua mat carpet saver as well and i think i'd be done!!

well thats until i decide to get some transom LED's lol but i might hold off on that one for a while.

I don't think I've ever been so excited in life lol , I've always had the luxury of my dads i/o's and my buddies mastercraft, but finally I have a boat to call my own!! :)
