Need steering cable for 05 VLX. Anyone know which one I need? Part number?
 

I've done my research and can't find anywhere what steering cable I need for my 05 malibu vlx. I've read that some of the older vlx's use the 19' Teleflex but I don't know if that changed in 05 since they went to a new hull that year. Any help is appreciated!

I went through the same headache when looking for a steering cable for my 2006 Moomba LSV. I finally just called my local dealer and they had one shipped to me cheaper than I would have bought it online. Call your local Malibu dealer and save yourself the headache. They can at least tell you the exact part number if you want to order it yourself.
