So I have an 18 FT fish and ski boat with 90 HP. It has a surprisingly decent wake. The boat did not come with a pylon, so i just use the rings in the back. A tower is out of the question, but I am intersted in adding a pylon or extended pylon to this boat. I am concerned about where I should install the pylon. There is a baseplate for added seating in the back, but I am not sure if i can use that as the pylon base.
