I get caught up and I'm unable to pass the handle plus I feel like I can't spin fast enough- so much line tension! Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Do not open up your hips. Keep handle in both hands while you're draging it to your hips then quicky try to pass and then everything comes naturally. As you pass the handle spin comes naturally.

i like to do them directly under the cable, it makes the handlepass much easier for me
