Its crazy how small the interior looks. Is that a Star or a 2?

midwesty 11-23-2006 11:38 AM

sick!

luchog 11-23-2006 1:06 PM

i love this boat

bennygoodx 11-23-2006 1:14 PM

likey likey. love the tower.

anodyne 11-23-2006 3:06 PM

Overdone. And ugly.

I like the patterned carpet and glossy red vinyl, but that's it. You think for a $100,000+ boat they could have figured a way wround the white speaker rings...

luchog 11-23-2006 4:40 PM

just to clarify, the fact that I love this boat doesnt mean I'd spend $100.000 on it even if I had money grow up my backyard. It's still the same boat as the standart X.

masteritaly 11-24-2006 2:35 AM

less 100k ... if you add feature is the (+or-)
the same price that you pay for standard xstar

luchog 11-24-2006 4:44 AM

ok, so I guess I'll order 3 in that case

duh...I wished

guido 11-24-2006 12:54 PM

Wow, I agree that it's a bit overdone. I'll take mine plain please.

I agree with Stephan. That things looks more like a X2

poser007 11-24-2006 2:02 PM

Let me say that that is the sickest boat I have ever laid eyes on.

chqwakeboarder 11-24-2006 7:16 PM

I love it. How much is it and how do you get it?

madchild1 11-27-2006 2:47 PM

please tell me i'm not the only one that thinks the cockpit of the x-star is way too small for a 22' boat costing in upwards of 70k.

blake_hughes 11-27-2006 3:40 PM

Looks pretty good! I'd ride behind it.

-Blake

anodyne 11-27-2006 3:41 PM

You're not the only one. Apparently, they wanted to keep the "insanely small" interior feel of the original x-star.

swab791 11-27-2006 3:53 PM

No other boat in its class...oh ya no one elses makes anything like the X-Star. How many riders choice awards has it won? How many firsts have been done behind it? There is more interior rooms and storage than any other similiar boat out there. Try putting 2-4 people comfortably in the front of a Wakesetter. Try looking how much HUGE storage space is under ALL the seats. MAD CHILD have you ever been in or skied behind an a X-Star or just dreamed about it? You guys make me laugh. Any other boats have a 100 in beam?
Just another opportunity for the MAD MAN to bash MC

rrbooker 11-28-2006 8:25 AM

Wish I had the money!!

wakeboardin2k4 11-28-2006 3:26 PM

price tag?

ryan27r 11-28-2006 4:25 PM

TK the cockpit refers to the seating area behind the windshield. He never touched on storage either. I Love the X Star for riding but for chilling on the lake or whatnot Ill kepp my Sura 24 SSV

dave23 12-08-2006 11:32 AM

I think Trevor Hanson supra has 102 inch beam. I think thats bigger than 100 last time I check.

unclesam 12-08-2006 11:39 AM

I do not like it.

roughrivermike 12-08-2006 12:57 PM

I love it and I think I might need it. I asked my dealer if I could change some of the options and found out the answer is no. Oh well.

wakeslife 12-08-2006 1:01 PM

I'm not a fan of the graphic, or all the gauky red on the interior, but besides that I like it!

byrd 12-08-2006 1:06 PM

You guys crack me up..."Insanely small interiior feel as the original..." Speaking from experience and not pictures, the 05 X-2 cockpit is a lot smaller than the new X-Stars and so is the interior. Anodyne, you never have anything nice to say about MC and it's getting pretty old. HAve you ever owned any MC or you just bashing for the hell of it?

(Message edited by byrd on December 08, 2006)

grant_west 12-08-2006 1:32 PM

Love it or Hate it I think it cool that MC did a special edition boat. Do you have any more pic's of the special eddition thing's that this boat comes with that a regular x star dosent. Thanks

tyler97217 12-08-2006 2:24 PM

i love it..... i could do without the red in the interior, but i could overlook that

The red interior is not so bad in person.

snyper1d 12-09-2006 1:47 PM

That thing is sick...they should have kept the black going on the deck as well....would look even better if all the fiberglass was black

cwb_fooguitarlz 12-09-2006 1:53 PM

in my book an Xstar is an Xstar. id rather ride behind an Xstar than a Glastron or my friends Centurion! haha

garman 12-09-2006 6:13 PM

Ever touched a black deck in the summer heat? LOL I vote for the white! Nice boat.

grant_west 12-09-2006 6:30 PM

how much more is the PWT X star than the regular X star

grant_west 12-09-2006 6:31 PM

I can see this thing costing 10K more than the standard X STAR

grant_west 12-09-2006 6:32 PM

I can see this thing easy costing 10K more than the standard X STAR

tidalwake0504 12-09-2006 7:30 PM

try like 20k more easily

snyper1d 12-10-2006 8:20 AM

I was just talking about the looks...I do agree that black is too hot in the summer, but it looks clean!

wakesetter101 12-10-2006 8:24 AM

The seats look like the seats in my old Yamaha jetboat. Other than that it looks great.
