ok guys <BR>I've heard it before on this site.....but I gotta tell ya.... <BR>that Hammerhead is amazing! <BR>effortless out of the whole with a stock prop <BR> <BR>all 4 stock tanks full, plus a 700# in a rear locker, and the wedge at it's top setting <BR>....it didn't even flinch...just popped right outta the hole <BR> <BR>had the 340 monsson in the xti <BR>it struggled with less weight <BR> <BR>might be 'cause it was a direct drive <BR> <BR>might be the new electronic throttle instead of a cable <BR> <BR>might be that all VLX's do well... <BR>... <BR>... <BR>...but I'm gunna go out on a limb and say that the Hammerhead and the Monsoon are not equal on the hole shot <BR>...also assuming that they come with the same prop <BR> <BR>mine is a acme 381
