Tie Down Hooks Wierd Question
 

Anybody have an idea of where to get some short hooks from. The attach points on my boat for the tie downs are above the platform. There is some room but the hooks on my tie downs are kind of long. I have just been removing the platform to use the tie downs but that is getting old. I don't want to use the platform arms as I have seen others do on here.

I am not trying to start a thread on if you need to use tie downs or not. Just looking to see if anybody has any ideas.

Thanks guys! That's getting me a lot closer. This image from razzman's link is what Im talking about. I think the gold one would cut it. The black coated one is basically what I have now.

Get a couple motorcycle tie down straps.They have loops on both ends and should fit between the hull and the platform then use the hooks you have now.

Now that is a brilliant idea!
