Looking for some people to ride with as my friend who I used to ride with moved away. Have a 2000 malibu VLX with lots of ballast and we ride in the ditch (cesspool behind mud island) but would be willing to check out other nearby spots.

I'm ancient, especially in wakeboarding years, but I would be interested. On my 4th SAN and know how to handle a boat, clean and contribute gas $$$. Leaving my boat in Austin, Texas. Don't have my gear here yet, but will be transporting that within a couple of weeks.

Rode saturday on Sardis, water was nice. Tried to ride on Arkabutla, but the water was too low.

You guys need to look at going to Pickwick and riding the Tomm Bigbee Waterway instead of Mud Island, Sardis, or Arkabutla. You could stay on Hwy 72 past Corinth and launch at that crossing of the Bigbee if just going for the day.
