Is it a coincidence that it is always the same weekend as Surf Expo or is it planned that way?

Sorry about that Chris. We have it the same weekend every year. It's usually only us in the town that weekend so we get the royal treatment (considering the location) from the motel, bar, and the restaurant.

We want in. I tried calling and they are booked. Did anyone end up with extra rooms?

So I just called again and they still have rooms, I guess the first guy was to lazy to check. Bonnie and I are in and were bringing the little monster with us too.

sound fun, hoping to go next year. wife's due on the 18th of august. have a great time. just out of curiosity, there's not really anywhere else to stay if the hotel books up is there? any camp sites around? i know there's Daroga and Lincoln Rock, but it would be nice not to have to drive back to camp. have a great time guys-n-gals. <BR> <BR>(Message edited by brucemac on July 31, 2006)

Bruce, <BR>Sorry to hear your not going to be able to come. You'd probably be way to sleep deprived from the little one anyhow. Those first six months are a lot of fun.<img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/clipart/crazy.gif" border=0> <BR> <BR> <BR>There is camping just down the street from the motel, it's around ten bucks a night. There is a shower/bathroom facility along with it for anyone that is interested in that option.

Cliff - hey looks like a few of us are gonna try to make the trip from Sonoma County, should know more here next week. Hit me up @ my office so I can get all the details. Look forward to seeing ya all

Wish I could make it but can't get off work that week. I'll have to plan better for next year. Looks like it's gonna be fun!

I spoke with Pheaton and family last night, and they are going to be heading up again this year.
