has anyone rode the mana? how does it ride compared to the watson

yes sir, i love the board, rides great, cant compare it to the watson for you though since ive never rode that board. But i think the mana is a board you cant go wrong with, great pop and everything just feels good

is it slow like people say it is? and how are the landings

Its not really slow, like medium pace, but the landings so far have been really soft havent taken it huge but so far they have been very soft

I tested this board out for my 08 board and thought it was extremely slow and sucked you down in the water. I found myself working more. HOWEVER, I like to ride very very fast and hit the wake hard. Meaning, it's just not my type of board. I sold this to a friend who LOVES it and rides it great. It's all preference and it's truly a great board.

I ride the Mana now and my last board was the Watson. I am 6'0" 175 and I rode the 138 watson and now the 142 Mana. IMO the Mana is faster than the watson and hooks up quicker and better on edge. I definitely think the landings are harder though. I have only ridden the Mana twice so far, so I am still feeling it out. My first impression is that I like the way the Mana rides better than the Watson, but the landings were better on the Watson. I could also spin the board around on the surface a little easier on the Watson, but it's not a big deal.
