The organizers of the "Alt Games" collegiate nationals that took place in San Diego in April are looking for feedback about the event. If you were there, comment on what you did like/ dis like about the event. Members of the committee are flying to CBS Studios in New York monday to begin planning for next year. All of your input is appreciated. ummm I watched it today on t.v. There was too much bouncing around with the other sports. I couldn't get into the actual competition, because they blew through some it to make room for the other events.

I was the second girl rider for Chico State. It really upset me that you guys cut the second girl rider and the wakeskate for finals. If a team is brought out for a contest, that team should stay intact throughout the duration of the contest. I know that it was theoretically because of CBS Sports and their "time issues", but the event should be run with the entire team next year. I know many other teams may not complain about cutting the second girl and the wakeskate due to the fact that our team (Chico) is quite lucky to have such a talented womens team and wakeskate team. So I'll stand up for it, I want next year to be different!

When I used to watch wakeboarding on TV, I was so overwhelmed by the guys who could do whirlybirds and off 5's. When I saw women throwing 180's, I thought to myself- I can do this. I believe that girls out there watching this on tv need to see that they too could compete in this sport, and that it's a sport where anyone can learn and progress. When so much attention is placed on only the professional riders, it makes it harder for the general public to get amped on learning that next basic trick- because all they see are the crazy tricks!

I did enjoy the event, and definitely loved the free redbull!! The Epic Boats were amazing as well. Love the wake! See you next year, and I hope this post doesn't make anyone too mad.
