Talked to the guys at Company and they were super helpful about it all but couldn't do anything since it was all out of warranty so I'm outta luck board wise. Anyways, never seen a broken flex board beside this so thought I share.

sorry to hear about your board nick.i have been on wakeworld for a long time and have seen multiple boards break from just about every company out there.the best thing i can suggest is to check out these threads and the warranties of the different companies and make a decision from there.good luck.

I had caught a screw on a rail and then the wake finished it. I don't know of any boards that withstand screws but the Severance is the best board I've rode yet. I bought the 2010 model and love it even more.

^^^ Sorry, an 08 model

Have never broken a stiff board myself bought a flex board and broke it within 6 months. Now gone back to a stiff board which sucks because I loved how flex boards rode, but forking out 800/900 AUS dollars for flex boards is ridiculous if I am only going to get 6 months out of them.

Listening to Tony Finn talk brings back memories of Hot Summer Nights on ESPN. So excitable, it's great. The question remains, would you buy a board from this man? [disclaimer: I ride a liquid force board]:
