Kicker 6500.2 in mako 6.5 cans?

I have the mako tower cans with the MB Quart 6.5 and I was curious if the Kicker 6500.2 will fit in these cans? The factory refurbished ones are really priced nicely.

Daryl - yes you can do the swap as your asking without to much trouble. As a side note, I will say that most Manufacturers in the tower speaker game are exiting the 6.5" market because the benefits of larger pod displacement have tons of advantages over 6.5's. If you can pick this stuff up on the cheap that maybe this is a great upgrade... if its not on the cheap, I'd look at selling off the MB's and stepping into an offseason deal on bigger PODS in whichever brand works for you.

cheers

I would just got with wetsounds for towers and just do it once and do it right.

just my opinion as ive been on both sides and went the "budget " route at first. Now I have 2 pair of rev10's
