Hey cats...

My girlfriend and I (23 and 24 yrs old) are about to start a roadtrip from Calgary down to Washington, Idaho, California and then working our way up to Montreal area.

I was hoping to meet some people on here that are looking for new riders. I am an experienced boarder with my own gear and may even be able to teach a little bit depending on your level.

Foremost, we are looking for a good time and to experience some of the lakes through the USA, shoot me a msg if you think you are somewhere along our route...

Can't roadtrip with out wakeboarding

btw, chipping in for gas, wiping down boats, it's part of my skillset

cheers,

Brennan

If you decide to come through the midwest, put WI on your list. Here and norcal is the most inviting place Ive ever ridden.

Your going to get tired man, because wakeworld peeps are the best out inviting people out! Im sure you will have a pull everywhere you go.

www.midwestwakeboarder.com

josnow1 05-29-2006 2:25 PM

I'm sure SC is not on your route, but if for some reason you make a detour, I always have room for a couple more riders.

WOW what a great response from WakeWorld!!! This is why wakeboarding is the greatest sport, the people involved are the best.

-Steve

PS Brennan, I want you to know you TOTALLY stole my idea here for getting pulls across the nation on a roadtrip. JERK!

If you make it to Oklahoma I can hook you up with a ride or two. If you are in the Delta or Mother lode area around July I can hook you up a bunch. Will be out that way for 2-3 weeks just hanging out and riding. Hell if anyone would like to ride when I'm out that was shoot me a messasge or email.

Well, let the rest of know how the wakeboarding aspect of the trip is working out!!

murphytj 06-09-2006 12:25 PM

If you get close to Richmond Va, I can hook you up with a pull and/or a place to crash. Email me at murphytj41@ho tmail.com if you think you will head this way. Tom Murphy

rockledge 06-09-2006 12:52 PM

After Richmond, hit up Dcwake.com

We have a rides section which has already proven usefull for a couple of guys from San diego who were in town doing business or something. You'll get a pull, definately.

wakeboardnchica 06-12-2006 1:03 PM

Go from Richmond to Pulaski County VA [in southwest VA] and I'll hook you up with a pull

longhornfan 06-12-2006 3:31 PM

Can't believe no one's asked if his gf is hot yet. I'd pull you in KS but you probably would get a better offer than an old Bayliner I/O with no tower.

silverlude 06-12-2006 6:07 PM

Brennan, it was nice meeting you and Martina. I hope your trip is going well. How was the sunset at the coast?

If you ever get to Portland again, look me up if you want to get out on the water.

Here's something for your scrapbook. I traced the section of the Willamette River we rode in red. We launched at Bernert Landing "south of Portland" and rode just pass the Canby Ferry.

Enjoy your trip

Hey guys, thanks again for all the response, so far we have hit up the Willamette river and are currently north of San Francisco after doing the 101 down the coast and a bit of surfing.

Looking for pulls around the bay area

innov8 06-17-2006 2:28 PM

I am in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Hit me up if you are passing through Texas and need a pull.
