My dad just got a Place on SVL in Victorville, i would like to get a place now, i cant affor Canyon Lake, and i want to stay withing 2.5hours of Long Beach. Nothing more the 500K, because i will also have to buy a boat for the house. Would just like to have a couple of places in the family so we can spread the love a little bit. Ummmmm...... How about Bakersfield area? I think there's plenty of Private Lakes in the area, and prices seem to be cheaper than further down in So Cal- <BR>
