My dad just got a Place on SVL in Victorville, i would like to get a place now, i cant affor Canyon Lake, and i want to stay withing 2.5hours of Long Beach. Nothing more the 500K, because i will also have to buy a boat for the house. Would just like to have a couple of places in the family so we can spread the love a little bit. I want a private lake so the water stays real nice.

Any suggestions please post

Thanks

Shadow Lakes in Palm Springs...600k for empty lot. Minimum build requirements (like 3000sqft)...

xtremrider 06-07-2005 9:15 PM

wow shadow lakes sounds awesome!!! Is it private, just a little high priced. That means a million by the time i would be finished. maybe a bit much for an extra mortgage.

xtremrider 06-07-2005 9:18 PM

anyone have anymore info on shadow lakes in palm springs. i cant find a websight for the association.

eternalshadow 06-07-2005 9:32 PM

ughhh I know I've been in the environmental field too long when I'm about to offer that you send a sample to our CA labs and I'll see what I can do.

wow, that looks beautiful! I'm assuming the hillside lots are alot more expensive b/c they are alot larger?????????? I would much rather have the lake front lot though!

jbjboc 06-09-2005 11:38 AM

Ummmmm...... How about Bakersfield area? I think there's plenty of Private Lakes in the area, and prices seem to be cheaper than further down in So Cal-
