- - Where Can I get a custom plate to mount WS Equizer (http://www.wakeworld.com/forum/showthread.php?t=642096)

I guess this is a Tim Question. I made some home made cans with Eminence 8's in them and while it was a fun project the sound they produced was pretty poor. So I am getting two sets of pro 80's and the equalizer. On the gallery on your web site there is a malibu lsv that has the equilizer mounted with the remote in a custom chrome plate under the dash. How can I get one of those plates, and or is there anyone with in 3 hours drive of Maryland that you would recommend to the install and possibly rig something up for me. Thanks Gabriel

I am pretty sure a guy was making custom metal mounts w/ brackets and stuff.... I know there was a thread but I donno the name or who it was

If I get some time over Christmas break I think I am going to try to get a mold to make a plastic mount for them that could attach like the Malibu on the site

Not the best picture, but here's one we did for one of our customer's new X-15. Most shops that have an interior/upholstery/fiberglass tech should be able to come up with something. We've also worked with one of the local mobile audio shops that has an installer that is amazing. Best bet, ask your friends to talk to their friends, see who's had work done and where. Otherwise, call your local shops, both boat dealers and mobile audio, and ask them for pictures and references of previous jobs. Hope this helps.

Yeah I just took a look at it again on the wetsounds website under Malibu installs, it's like the second set of pictures, the plate is perfectly made to fit the equalizer..
